This website describes the services Task Mastery Solutions offers and lets you start a conversation about a possible project through a self-service assessment. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a specific product, and nothing here creates a professional or consulting relationship until we both sign a separate agreement.

The project blueprint generated by the assessment is a starting point for discussion only. It is not a quote, a proposal, or a binding estimate. Actual scope, timeline, and investment are confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works. You agree not to submit information that is unlawful, harmful, or that belongs to someone else without their right to share it. We may restrict or block access for anyone who misuses the site.

When you submit an assessment, book a call, or email us, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you share and for having the right to share it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The writing, visuals, and design on this site belong to Task Mastery Solutions LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the site.

Any actual consulting or development work is governed by a separate signed agreement between you and Task Mastery Solutions LLC. This site does not take payment and does not process transactions. Payment terms, invoices, and deliverables are set in that separate agreement.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any assessment result will match your final project. Outcomes from any work we do together are defined in the signed agreement for that engagement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Task Mastery Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything it contains. Our total liability for anything related to this website is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to access it — which is nothing, since the site is free to use.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law, and it does not cover any work performed under a separate signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from this website are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
