Starting point
What's happening right now?
Start with the problem — figuring out what to build is our job.
Too much of this is manual
People doing steps a system could do
Our tools don't talk to each other
Re-keying the same thing twice
We need a tool that doesn't exist
Nothing off the shelf quite fits
Our information is everywhere
No one place to look
People can't find what they need
Customers or team, same problem
We have an idea and need it built
You know the what, we'll do the how
Honestly, it's complicated
Tell us in your own words later
